My MaNGOS Zero compiles x86/x64

For those that do not wish to compile their own for whatever reason.
Latest release of MaNGOS Zero compiled with SD0.
These pre-compiled binaries contains the server binaries, extractors, and required sql files
A full dump of mangoszerodb with core updates, sd0 and acid 1.0.3c applied is also included.

Shear convenience. Some people don't want to compile their own or just don't care about having it up-to-date.
