(HELP) Kick to lobby when joining a room

Can anyone help me with this please?

I am using OVH VPS, server is running fine.
We tested on LAN first, everything was perfect, there is 1-4ms above player name.

But now we try with OVH to let other friends play with us, if they are not in my network we get this error 'Your connection speed with one of the users in the room you chose to enter is very slow. Please use another game'.

But with my local friends we have 40-60ms and we can play stage/battle mode.

Info:
VPS on Singapore because we are on PH
RAM: 6GB
RIS Version: (258 I think, because that's what the installer say)

What I changed:
DataSetup.xfs (locale.ini change to my VPS IP Address and Port)
Bin\config.xfs (change to my VPS IP Address)
NyxLauncher.xfs (change to my VPS IP Address and Port)

Server Files:
BrokerServer
RakionWorld

Dahil yan sa ISP natin bro. 3 beses ko na natry to . na try ko isang beses naka connect at nakalaro ako. sa ginawa qng server
