[Help] last step to make rakion server [help]

can someone say for me what to do with this step

6- go to bin folder of rakion, rename rakion.bin to rakion.exe, create shortcut and add this parameters: USERNAME PASSWORDHEX SERVERID

where to put :USERNAME PASSWORDHEX SERVERID

and what to do ?????

plz i need this step and if my server work i will tell the all what to do to make the server

right Click Rakion.exe after renaming it click create short cut

right click the short cut to rakion.exe click properties then it has "c:/program files/etc/rakion.exe" sirmaster (hex of the password) 1A

for 8889293 password is 38383839323933 in hex. is a example only i later add letters and numbers in hex.
