Zen Fen Shen 2.3.4 - Server + Client

Hello! The original files have been releases in uc99.net and put here by rogan12 originally.
This is a repack and reupload of the ZFS 2.3.4 Server and Client files.

I have once tested them out and tinkered with them. They should work perfectly fine. The differences I saw are some graphically changed stuff and that you can freely move the Camera around instead of it being fixed.

A little tip:
You can unpack the PAK file and then rename the .pak file to something else. The game will take the unpacked files instead of this file.

Does skills work in this one? I pretty much gave up on translating the files i had since skills did not work. I will take a look at the files anyways thanks. I could be wrong about the skills though maybe you have to do a quest or something before you can use skills.

Edit:
2.exe crashes for me when creating a character idk why. I'm using MySQL 5.0 instead of the MySQL 5.0.5 provided in the server files.

K i fixed the problem apparently you need to use localhost for LogServerIP as the IP address since localhost was used as the config ip.

gc_cracked.exe does not start-up because it's a newer gc.exe it requires a new start-up command thats why it always states run via zfs.exe. If you want it to run, you must get the correct zfs.exe and get the command line used to run gc.exe. If someone could supply me various zfs.exe files from different client versions i can extract the command line and get the .bat to run the gc.exe cracked. I am assuming the zfs.exe is from the latest client.

Explains how to make the client read another file type in place .pak? I have to change something in gc.exe?

You only have to unpack the pak file with the PAK Tool. Then just rename the pak file and it will automatically take the unpacked files. You can then easily change the textures, text, etc.

For those who does not know how to launch gc.exe by bypassing zfs.exe then create a new text file and rename it to run.bat. Edit the .bat file with notepad and paste the following code:

gc.exe updaterun;name=Your_Server_Name;ip=127.0.0.1;port=2620;LogServerIP=localhost;LogServerPort=2670

if you configure the .ini in the client wrong it can end up updating your client to a higher revision. that is why bypassing zfs.exe is sometimes necessary.
