characterinfo.bin error

hi all i need help with tales of pirates private server when i use start.bat after 5sec he shows me message(retrive application document error:scripts/table/characterinfo.bin exiting program)
when i replace with orher then i get iteminfo error pls help me!!!!

perhaps your characterinfo and iteminfo is mess up?

ur get characterinfo not same iteminfo ur problem like me the i fix it use new patch and or new files
and its will work and enjoy
