Help Glow Fix Please!

Hello Ragezone!
I need a bit of help here with my server, when i forge a gem into a weapon it glows, but when i apparel fuse the weapon and forge it, the gem shows is there +9 but there is no glow at all!
Chopsticks,pseudo air cannon etc dont show glow at all.
could somebody please send me a working itemrefineinfo or whatever is needed for fixing it?
this is the only bug in my server.

check if you have the apparel id in your itemrefineinfo...

redownload server files or specifically itemrefineinfo

just copy in itemrefine info gems scripts and make new one . Easy
