For create patch ??? lol
Create archive win rar and put your patch inside.
When it's done go in megaupload , rapidshare and upload it ...

Put The Launcher on Your Client, And the other on the htdoc (Xammp)

Its Launcher based on ragnarok client, u can edit it self.

There is 3 Folder there, the server, Client and Support.

First of all let me inform you that you need to enable FTP server on your computer first.

If you don't even know how to use Windows Components please don't bother. If you do then I am willing to help.
