Say type of you internet connection. Dsl, Ethernet? If Dsl and modem in router mode then you need to port forward: 1978 [Account Server], 7243 [Bill server], 1971 [GameServer ---> GateServer listen port], 1975 [Gate ---> GroupServer listen port] ,1973 [Server ---> Client Listen Port], 1978 [Group ---> AccountServer Listen Port].

if you using router you need to portforwarding your port (http://www.portforwarding.com)
after that you need to configure all GS configuration to your WAN ip....
for those who not using the router, just configure all your GS configuration to your WAN/LAN ip...
i think that shall do
