Need Good version 2 server files and patch

I have been having problems in my patch on client side ,i dont get
the buffs and fairy is not visible and even the poss, so i need
a good patch with all items included and even server files
version 2 for tales of pirates

I have tried different server files and patch combinations from this forum need some more good ones .

Please need urgently both server files and patch for version 2
