ToPAST V. 2.0 Development

Hi all! It's been so long since I have worked on the original ToPAST... and it didn't turn out to work. I'm currently adding a new GUI which I have developed over the year to give it both a smooth look and new feel. As a result, the ToPAST window will load much more quickly, bugs may be abundant, and everybody can get a working version.

Hopefully, Within the week, I can integrate the GUI.

Again, I'm sorry for the previous version which did not work as expected.
The new gui is only in beta-ish phase and has never been fully implemented in any other programs, so do not "Grr" me.
