xampp isn't on, apache+sql

Or you have stored files in wrong folder, should be 'htdocs'

i made it :) and now, the people can enter in my website and register?

and... what ip should i put for allow the other people connect?

no, and i made a non-hamachi server: dynamic.kicks-ass.net


if i put my local adress in the config $host = '192.168.1.33';

it works and i can see the web but the the other people cant and if i try to put this: $host = 'dynamic.kicks-ass.net';

i get an error: Warning: mssql_connect() [function.mssql-connect]: Unable to connect to server: dynamic.kicks-ass.net in C:\xampp\htdocs\ToPCP\config.php on line 17
Can't connect to DB!!
