Sir,I've already uninstalled all my .Net Framework on my PC and I installed again the .net framework 2 and 4. but it is still the same problem

- Try these step. I'm not really quite sure about this. But, just give it a try.

Surface Area Configurations > Surface Area Configurations for Services and Connections
Services Tab > Stop and Start.

Try Launching your SQL again and try to make an account.

Good Job! This thread would definitely be helpful to all those newbies who wants to set up their own server! It helped me quite a lot,now I'm back to create a new server again,although last time I set up my own server before and last time I had a lot of problems then slowly fixed all of them but I just dont know how to Host my server with my Dynamic IP.
