[Guide] how to Host your ran "ONLINE" behind router

This guide is for speedtouch router
simple guide
steps
1. Connect to your router speedtouch, set your network to automatic ip.
2.for the first connect it is normally if you have local ip just like "192.168.1.100"<---ex. local ip
3.In your browser type http://192.168.1.254/ <--adress of the router for speedtouch.
4.click home network look for the name of your computer.
then click.
5.at the bottom you can see "pick a task"
a.)asign game for this network if not listed the game u need to make it it doesn't matter if you put any name .
you need to forward all ports for ran just copy in your cfgs apply.
6.when your done you need to asign the public ip in your device
pls refer to the instruction popup or click help how to execute the public ip.
7. configure all cfg,s and param it must be public ip.
8.to check if you aquired the public ip go to command prompt dos
for those who don't know where is dos command, in your desktop click start go to all programs look for accessories click command prompt and type ipconfig copy your ip as shown.
take note: your ip must the same in the website What Is My IP Address - Shows Your IP Address . exmple 111.111.111.111<-- public ip
9. and now you are ready to host your ran online ...
10.Be sure to follow the guide in your router.
11.if properly configured and forwarded all ports for your ran
you can host now............ tested in ep6season 2


to other router just look if there is an option on how to acquired a public IP....

next forward all the ports that needs in ran check your CFG's
default ports are
protocol type TCP =5109,5002,5003,5001,6001,6002,6003
protocol type UDP =5109,5002,5003,5001,6001,6002,6003

BE sure your windows Firewall will not block incoming
connection to the ports make an exception to all ports
just copy all of this in windows fire wall exeption,
protocol type TCP =5109,5002,5003,5001,6001,6002,6003
protocol type UDP =5109,5002,5003,5001,6001,6002,6003

Is it neccessary to port forward 6001,6002,6003 isn't it only ports 5001, 5002, 5003 and 5109 only??

thats why if you have a router just check if u can put your public IP in your machine note forward all the necessary port and make an exeption to the firewall and now you can host just like mine .. my server is 24/7 now and less lag , by pass all the firewalls and then you can host ...

My ran online is ep6 season2 i can host only router without hamachi, wpe and ip interceptor. just check your router if u have option how to execute public ip yo your machine, you need two pc for season two one is server only and another 1 is for client, the data base for season 2 is Md5 hash so it means you need to convert your pasword to md5pass ...^_^

any one knows how to port forward the port in DI-604 (D-link) im using PLDT DSL Dynamic IP.. Ran interceptor is not working to me... i port forward all the port but no luck.. still server disconnected.. or add me at ym.. ayakamine@ymail.com
