This is an Automatic Registry Setup for your ODBC. you do not need to configure it manually.
Just chose your SQL version, Download it and press right click then Press Merge.

for Users using SQL 2005 Express - updated
ODBC Setting For SQL 2005


..::Setting Up ODBC (Manually)::..
Go to Control Panel > Administrative Tool > Data Sources(ODBC)

Here`s A Spoon Feed Tutorial Screenshots :

Select Native Client (Important)

Name What is the Database Name wheater it is RanGame1 , RanUser , RanShop , and RanLog

Select " With SQL Server Authentication using a login ID and Password entered by the User"

Select the Database If You write at the 1st step is RanGame1 , then Select RanGame1 Database ,

Select the " Change the launguage of SQL Server System message to : "

..::Setting Up Client::..

1. Extract the "CLIENT"
2. Extract the "SERVER FILES" and paste it inside the folder Press "Yes To All"
3. And when Extracting Finish , Open the "Param.ini" and change the "IP" to Your IP , Or Use the "Test Ip 127.0.0.1"
It must be look like this :

// SERVER SET
LoginAddress 127.0.0.1
HttpAddress00 127.0.0.1
strNewsURL 127.0.0.1

4. Open The Following (Must Be In Order) :

SvrSession
SvrLogin
SvrField
SvrAgent

At the end Of the line must be

Server Accept Thread Create OK

Server Start OK
=======================================================

it means it run succesfuly run ,

..::HOW TO MAKE GM ACCOUNT::..

*Open SQL Server Management Studio 2005
*Expand the RanUser Find the "dbo.UserInfo"
*Right Click Select the "Open Table"
*Let UserNum as Blank
*Put your Desired Username , UseID , UserPass , and UserPass2
*Then Put 32 In the UserType which are For GM Accounts
*and 1 For Normal Players

Events:
/eventexp_begin [1-9999999%]
/eventexp_end
/eventitem_begin [1-9999999%]
/eventitem_end
/eventmoney_begin [1-9999999%]
/eventmoney_end

Fun:
/bighead [on/off] = All Online Characters in Bighead
/bighand [on/off] = All Online Characters in Big Hands(same as weapons too)

Characters Managements:
/kickuser [CharID] = allows to disconnect user
/charinfo_ci [CharID] = Shows the character information by character ID
/charinfo_cn [CharName] = Shows the character information by character name

Move Commands:
/move2char [CharName] = Move to Online Character 
/m2c [CharID]
/move2gate [0-99] = Move to available map gate
/m2g [0-99]
/move2pos [##,##,X,Y] = Move to a coordinate
/m2p [##,##,X,Y]

Other Commands:
/fps_limit [on/off]
/freepk [on/off]
/visible [on/off]
/itemhold 
/visible [on/off] = character visibility
/month [1-12] = Set Month in number
/time [1-24] = Set Time in 24 hour clock
/weather [clear/snow/begin/spore/leave]
/dsp 
/?

Easy to Set up Than EP4 above
Easy to Edit DDS no Hexing Needed
No MD5 Hash Code Needed
Wide Campus (GOOD FOR PK)
Low Graphic

Disadvantage :
Harder to Degrade like converting items
No Extreme Class
No Motor Bikes
No Surf boards
No AKATSUKI set
No Winged Set
In Short No Ep6 s2 New Items
