    How to Compile Ep8 source code

    SOurce Code HERE
    OKey
    heres how to compile

    download Visual Studio .NET 2003 Pro

    HERE then install it

    download Microsoft DirectX SDK (March 2008) HERE then install it

    follow my picture guide ... i also include the original SDKS from the source itself

    there you go
    for beginners like me you can use release only...

    edit:
    if you have sdk higher than "Microsoft DirectX SDK (March 2008)"
    please put it below or under
    original SDks in the setup

    i just put march2008 above since it give me less error / mean lesser warnings

    Edit:
    dont mind the SDK of max9 its only for the exporter plugin in 3ds max
    you have it or not, still works

    in your guide sir there is an autodesk 3d... Is that ok that i don't include it? coz i don't have it on my windows....

    Hmm, tried using it on vc 2008, tried compiling agent server still compiling before that i tried compiling _Document got an error, did the include part just didin't included 'maxsdk'. Still how is this game called? What client i can use, and do all projects compile without errors? Is there possibility to change anything in server and client side with this source? Thanks for answers it only been 2 mins, if i didn't see something or etc sorry for trouble.

    if know what you are doing then continue on 2008
    if not then stick with my guide
    if you will not follow better to solve your own problem
    your given the guide, and cant event follow a 4 step guide

    and yes, all projects compile with no problem

    Direct X SDK 2008: Download Here i dont know if this is the correct SDK 2008.

    sir how can i make these source code be compatible to all client? i already compiled successfully but when i used it in skywar client it's not compatible to the client... what part on the source that i need to edit to make it compatible on the skywar client?

    you need change the whole source..check one by one their client structure like item.isf, skill.ssf, crow.mnsf and others..and add it to your source..dont forget to match version for each file..thats all..

    the guide is clear enough..if you want to learn about visual studio google is your friend..why???because visual studio didnt related to Ran Online..this section discuss about ran online..for extra software like visual studio you must learn it by your self..
