this is the file that is always being download ...

its always html.. if i open the file, it says webpage not found ... that's why i want you to reupload the ranserver in mediafire ...

dont use the "auto capture link" in IDM .. that should work

Here's my problem again. It say "Internet Connection failed"

I double check the ODBC
I double check the Param in Client Folder IP is 127.0.0.1
I double check the cfg files in Server Files all IP are 127.0.0.1

SvrSession Start OK
SvrLogin Start OK
SvrField Start OK
SvrAgent Start OK

But still I have this Error. How can I fix it? I'm just a beginner I'm trying to make Ran Ep3 Offline

Just download the unpacked patch for RanImmunity Client.

I'm afraid the Client link is already not working. You can still download the Server Files though. Just find a new EP3 Client in the Released Section.
