I am Requesting a Script , a script that always have a weekly item rewards!!!

that would have to be a trigger attached to your itemshop
but its too low information
you need to say more deeply what exactly should be given and for what reason because you can't do that for EVERY player that would make too many rows and overload SQL

no dude, I asked the CONDITIONS to get these "bonus"
like example : be top 10, or have most money in the server, or just random maybe
but it can't be everybody it would overload your SQL server
