About NPC...

Yeah i know im posting alot.. been alot of time since i been developing cabal so i forgot alot of stuff.. how ever my question is.. my NPC's kinda disapeared on all maps everywhere.. which files i am supposed to check at this moment? i tried using the guide " how to add a NPC" and check each file but everything there seems to be fine.. any suggestions?
