As far as I remember you need to modify those into the cabalmain itself too. Correct me if I'm wrong.

Example : http://cabal.com/webshop/webshop.php?v1=

Go to your WorldSvr_XX_XX.ini
Search for : AllowCashShop=0
Change it to AllowCashShop=1

i already did .. but every time in game i click browser not respond .. can i see for example for full loginsvr i dont know whats wrong :(

your cashshp must be $_REQUEST, not $_POST or $_GET, cabal mains works with $_REQUEST, change this and will work!
