Good day! I'm in the scene of installing Extornia Repack V1. However, after it downloaded files, it says missing dependencies. What could be the problem?
Virtual Machine: Oracle VM VirtualBox
CentOS: CentOS 6.5 (32-Bit)
And here it is when I use "service cabal start".

You must turn off firewall on windows and specially on centos ;)

It is telling you the error you must fix.
You must install those missing dependencies.
If you are not able to resolve that issue, try this repack as it has everything that you need to install correctly.

And disabling firewall is dangerous, don't do it. Learn iptables rules and add your own to make a secure server.
