How to connect my Database , i use Centos Vps for cabal server :(

You haven't say anything in what is ur problem.
Try do everything from tutorials and if something won't work just ask us ...

if your trying to access your files please use WinSCP then use the IP from CentOS by typing ifconfig or ipconfig in centos, then place yoour SQL username and password into the username and password area

What? i can't understand most of ur answers. Most of them are so obviously and some of them are total without any sense.

Here u have everything to propetly setup cabal server.

but its needed MySQL database right ? , the databse in in my computer

U can't move database to centos.
SQL Server is only for windows.
U can connect svr to ur home windows but u will need to have it online 24/7 to have work server.
Just use cabal_config and put ur IP to sql server and login detalis.
Remember u have to have open ports 1433 on firewall and router!
