But so How can all the majors pserver to remain online?
Did they same contract? If yes, How can I do it??

ESTSoft don't care about little servers using really old server files. You'll be fine.

Private servers are legaly as long you whon t get any kind of profit from it ... so be aware to make you payment as donation to be legal...
Wrong... It's illegal to host a server no matter if you make money or not, as you are using official server files without a license. You are also violating their ToS.
just give the credits to the cabal official server, and dont claim that its your work ;) even you customize the server

It doesnt matter if you give credits or not, understand: YOU DONT HAVE ESTSOFT'S LICENSE TO RUN IT!
BUT, as they make thousands and thousands, they dont care about the small pservers arround, but that doesnt mean it is legal.
And.... Is there some private server that bought the license?
No... As we keep telling people, you can't buy a license from ESTSoft, simple as.
