error for config server cabal

Hello everyone I'm back to building my server but I am problem with the server configuration I already configured manually file by file and configured by centos and keeps giving this error

I've never seen this error present in a setting ips sql and sql password and ip centos and I have done everything already deleted the centos already replayed the repack and the error persists do not already know what to do can someone help me out Please?
