Is there any actualy "playeble" private cabal?

A long time ago, there was EGCabal, realy good and successful server. Now all i see is trash servers wich aren't playeble at all! So is there any medium rate server with reborn system and keep stats after reborn and with out overpowored sets at the begging e.t.c
If there is, please post it here, thank you very much. (I realy hope there is actualy normal server where i could play, if not cabal is just dead!)

Also, I think the term 'playable' is quite relative to whoever is playing~

Also EGA still exists, in case you're an oldie. They're still there~

I'm sory if i'm missleading term "playeble", my english is not my strong side, so it could sound cocky from my side.
Ragezone for me is the last place to be, did already search in all game tops and tryd to google it, no luck :(
