Question about lvl and quests in dungeons!

Hello. I have problem. For example when i am 190 lvl and i am inside b3f i can do quests normally. And when i get 191 + lvl i can't do any quests anymore.... So what file i have to edit to be able to do dungeon quests even on 191+ lvl? Tnx.

Quest.dec + Quest.scp + MissionDungeon.scp .. edit max lvl quest
