gacd offline for 1.5.6

I am using Ubuntu 18.04, All my services are working apart from Gacd on my pw admin on my vps, If someone can help me. I would appreciated it thankyou

GACD is not needed for us, only the official servers need it, and we don't know what exactly for either

I thought the gacd so non GM players couldn't teleport, only reason i am asking help for gacd because i am suppose to go beta test for my pw client this weekend.

it only works (GACD) on certain regions
