Doesn't sound right, but certainly interesting to know. Certainly creating (or modifying) the symbolic link or mounting to VMware via a different method (as you say), would be the better two options though. The whole downloading/mounting/extracting and all that is too much especially when the latter two options would be much quicker (and more useful 'in the long run') :):

Yes, you need to properly set up your own network there. It certainly looks as if you just tried to 'copy' my network settings - which will never work for you since you are not within MY LAN...

mount it with power is (the server_root.iso) then mount it from VMWare (chose E: , D: , G: ) or wich driver u mounted on it will work.

Hi, i'm having trouble getting iweb working, my-ip:8080/iweb shows a blank page, no matter what i try, pwadmin runs perfectly, totally stumped at this point is there a config that needs to be tweaked for iweb to run?

There is no /iweb/ in my release. iWeb is present in the release (but is located in /iweb136/ instead)...
