I still couldnt fix my problem

i'm having this weird thing happening ._.
i can get to the server page using my local 192.168.XX.XX on the server's network, but i can't get to the server page via my hosted dynamic domain while on the same network as the server. nor can it be accessed with my external ip on the server's network.
my iphone (through cellular data, not wifi) can get to the server page using the dynamic host and my server's external ip, but it seems like my friend can't connect with my dynamic host domain, but she can get to the server page via my external ip.
very confused as to why one thing works, but not the other ._.
Guys someone have problem with guild icon change? On site i see my new icon, but in admin mobule still old standart icon. Nwm i change icon on site or admin module BUT in game we still have old icon. What i miss?

If you're referring to the pwAdmin plug in for changing the icon -- it's not all automated. After you/a person changes their icon in the 'plugin' the server admin must take the image it makes, convert it to DDS and add the DDS and TXT to surfaces.pck for it to be updated 'in game'......
hmm i dunno about that usually all done.
i also have been trying to see why i havent been getting the actual icons when a person submits one. shows on user side. but when pwadmin side and go to download the file it shows nothing just the stock image as well and no new ones.
