The speedtest site says my upload speed is .42 MB/s >_> sounds pretty bad lol 50 bucks sure doesn't get ya much these days @_@ I was looking at Cox Business but i'm actually with AT&T currently.

MB/s or Mbit/s (huge difference) ???
It says Mbps, so i guess bits? lol

yes, I was just asking cuz I saw you put MB not Mb ;)
... and no offense but, ouch -- you certainly need to upgrade!
I must admit I HATE comCRAP (comcast) but I do know they have some incredible packages available (at least where I am at [in Chicago]) they have up to 10 Mbit/s upstreams with 105 Mbit/s downs *drools* Now the only down side is I KNOW comCRAP has a 250GB per month 'cap' -- and you CANNOT exceed it or they DROP you! (I have had it happen to someone I know, AND I know people that work for comcrap) SO -- you would HAVE to go with a business account if you were going to exceed that (sick I know). The price for either isn't very appealing either for what it is =\
Ewwwwww, and the business prices are certainly something to cringe at OMG:
...and that's exactly WHY those bastards impose a 250GB a month 'cap'
because they know if you DO use more than that they can DROP you and either flat out deny you service, or force you to pay ridiculously more to sign up for a "business account" -- @.@ bastards!
@_@ Looks like i better just look into server hosting companies >.> I ain't made of money @_@

Not bad considering I'm using it right now -- if I test while network is in-active I get about 24▼ & 4▲ -- payin' $50/m
I would suggest colocating your server. You can go for a 40USD a month (10Mbps unmetered), the lowest I've seen. I have been renting for 3 years and colocation is more practical if you are doing this for long-term.
I myself have comcrap and have or at least pay for 16 down 3 up, however most times it is 35 and 6. And as far as the cap and cutting off I have not experienced that as of yet. As a matter of fact last month I had used 650GB+ and had no issues others than their epic fail to fix my disconnect problems. But that is another story spanning 5 months.
http://www.speedtest.net/result/1462380893.png Mine sucks lol and i think thats at 2 bars for the signal. Verizon.
Three bars. http://www.speedtest.net/result/1462386862.png :/:
Heh, I know I commonly go over 250GB per month, it's more of a "we still don't really care but need something in the TOS for people that use crazy amounts of internet". I know of only one person that ever got a notice from them for exceeding that and they downloaded a whopping 14Terrabytes that month (of what? I dont want to know)
The thing is, Comcast may not be great, but they sure as hell are a lot better then other residential ISPs
I pay about £35 a month for my internet connection.
This is the speed I get:

Great thing is I have unlimited downloads too so no bandwidth cap, although they do slow my connection during peak hours if I'm downloading a large amount.
Just a shame my speed to the USA isn't as good:
