I was just following the guide, but it didn't work for me like it did in his video, how do I edit it rather then trying to execute it?
Correct, everytime you update CPW will add another 'footer' to the end of every PCK. PCK's can also NOT match or exceed 2GB or the client will not run at all... Obviously in order to keep PCK's under 2GB you will have to either delete things, and or do more frequent 'base releases' opposed to constantly using 'updates'...
How did you get the rest of the release from server_root.iso to the "HDD" ??? Copy it... (then extract it)
This has already been answered...
Oops I didn't even see Acid's response on the previous page. Thanks a lot acid I'll try that in a bit.
Ok, thanks acid that worked. All of the IPs match as 10.0.0.51 (same as video). However, after I reboot, then I start server (cd /root - then ./star.sh) I still cannot log into the perfect world website. Below are the screenshots of the 3 pages and the webpage. Maybe you guys can make sense.

Put your host on the same network then (make your desktops IP something like 10.0.0.1)

Some small updates have been applied. Mainly the video of the installation in post #2 is now brand new and up to date![]()
I've already answered this a few pages back. You need to create the mount point.
mkdir /cdrom
then do the mount command;
mount <path where your .iso is> /cdrom

Pay attention...
i already waited for almost an hour but nothings happen
Sometimes the title of "Newbie" fits all to well...
i don't mind answer question that are hard to find or are not explained to well in the past but when they are extremely simple and have been explain multiple times and in extreme detail thats a little far always make sure to search for a thread and if the thread has alot of post search inside of the thread and if you do find something but and have gone through the trial and error phase and still can't get it then make a post explaining what part about it you don't understand
anyways to answer your question about your error make sure it is spelled right simple as that![]()
last time i tryed to extract the unpacked client it overwrite a bunch of files cause it reads all the Chinese letters as diamonds and by doing that it confuses it self like say its /buildings/rando mfolder/random folder/random file with 4 Chinese letters in itHow did you get the rest of the release from server_root.iso to the "HDD" ??? Copy it... (then extract it)
and the next files in the same directory also has 4 chinese letters in it tho completely different lettering linux reads it as diamonds so i was wondering should i have it renamed them instead of replacing them? or will it adding (1) next to it make the client no longer recognize that file and corrupt everything?
