List 75 = is the player/pet exp charts for instance the very first thing you see with you go to this list is "Player Level Upgrade Chart 1" and the second "pet level upgrade chart"
to edit the exp output of pet's click the the "pet level upgrade chart" and you will see several lines based on per level exp needed
so atm lets take say exp for level 1 it is currently set at "50" this means the pet needs "50" exp points total to level up so should take eh like a few kills for your pet to level but if we change it to say "1" the pet will level after 1 kill total.
So in short if you were to change all the lines in the chart server/client side of course your pet will level with every kill you do.

When I install server with IP 10.0.0.51 and downloaded client everything works great.
When I install server with IP 192.168.1.111 (changing appropriate config files) server and pwadmin works OK (I can login to pwadmin, change/create users, start/stop gameservers, edit/save stats and XML, etc), but dedicated client can’t see new server’s IP.
So, how to change CLIENT IP address from 10.0.0.51 to 192.168.1.111?

Had that problem reported (search previous pages). See also 343's recommendation on graphics settings.
Its not graphics settings its corrupted NPC here, If i use different element.data i see him like "err" in game. Then we need delete him from world or find correct model for him. Dont know how many same errors we have here...

Well you cannot simply get rid of the NPC -- as he is required for one of the daily marriage quests.
If you want the most simplex fix of all just change that NPC to use a different model. I do not have the time right now to look into why the 'correct model' isn't working -- but did verify that it's not (and IS causing client crash). Then changed that NPC to use this model "Models\NPCs\npc\男npc18\男npc18.ecm" and it works with no problems :)
343 can you try to repair the automatic events like forest ruins and arena?
