I left the areas empty intentionally so that people can do whatever they want with the area (for customization). I also personally figured that there wasn't much point or sense putting in R/T and T/C area MOBs and NPCs since we will most likely never have the 'new classes'. If you really want to add the MOBs/NPCs from the R/T & T/C areas you can do so yourself using the newest sNPCEDIT (which is ofc included in PW_DEV.ISO) & PWi -- There's even a really nice feature in the new one that allows you to 'catch' NPC/MOB coordinates while playing PWi (so that you can save it to your NPCGEN so that they're in/on your 'private server' ;) =D [Don't forget, you may need to also update elements and the gfx/models packs as I'm not sure what is and is not there as far as the new content]
Technically, you should not
have to change the DB password, or the password for pwAdmin. The database AND pwAdmin will be secure as long as you do NOT have ports 8443, and 3306 open to the WAN (If anything make sure to explicitly BLOCK them to the WAN). The ONLY ports you DO need open to the WAN are 29000, 80, and 8080. However, anyone on the LAN that knows (or guesses) the password will be able to gain access to the DB or pwAdmin. pwAdmin is the easiest to change, as all you have to do is type whatever password you want it to become when logging in (instead of the default 'root')... This (for obvious security reasons) only works the first time you do it. Changing the MySQL password would be relatively easy too, although making it work is a different story =\ You would just change the password using any method you would normally use to change the MySQL password (like with phpmyadmin under the "privileges" 'tab' -- for one example) but, then you'd have to locate and change it in all the necessary files for the PW server. Which I do know would at least be table.xml for authd, a config file for pwAdmin, the config file for 'htdocs', and a config file for the secondary tomcat... If not more, I'm not sure off the top of my head...

As long as you have the maps started you can enter one by talking to the guild NPC in Archosaur ("Faction Supervisor"). The other one is the 'easter egg' I talked about previously in this thread (the teleport behind her)...
As far as "Etherblade House" and all the other "houses" those are for the guilds/factions that own that land (so that they actually have their own private "house"/"base" -- and those are only available to 'teleport' to via that towns 'officer' (ie.. "Etherblade Officer"). In order to even 'talk' to an officer you must be in the guild/faction that owns that land (which is ofc what truly makes it
private!)
Not possible (false positive, maybe)... Don't believe me? You can feel free to check for yourself since all of Ronny's tools are open source --

and BTW, if you downloaded from what you quoted -- that's WAY out of date now too =\
