Sounds like you did it wrong!
The pack.pck.files directory can be gotten rid of...
It needs to be
./element/models/*.*
NOT
./element/models.pck.files/models/*.*
OR
./element/models/models/*.*
when you run the initial build

...so basically if you ran the initial build wrong, you're screwed :( and have to do that all over again =\

Just to update the problems I was having before if anyone cares, it is now working.
Turns out that the server computer has channel A and B ram and apperently I put the wrong amount in each which screwed up the server for some reason.
But yeah its all fixed now (I hope) :D

I do care, just not that I had a clue what could have been going on (unless I was physically where the server was then I may have been able to figure it out
343 here's an interesting little one for you... So we have our live server setup. Here are the specs for the server:

When we load the pwadmin panel and turn the server on, it says that the Auth is offline, always. However, when testing the server we can log in, create characters, play the game, etc. Nothing seems to be wrong, but the Auth still says it's offline.... Any ideas?
Tried reinstalling?

But I don't expect you or anyone to help with everything, it isn't your duty and at the end of the day, it really comes down to the person with the problem to find the solution and a forum is really just for help with it I guess.

pwAdmin might be doing something wrong but if it shows up there then it is wroking fine...
343 I know you had said you were editing AIPolicy to get rid of the Boss World Chat spam, however some was missed from the Nirvana Bosses. That being said I had already edited mine, so I figured I would up this if anyone wants it, again it gets rid of the spam from FC bosses and Nirvana bosses as well.aipolicy.rarThis is server side AIPolicy.
Anyway aipolicy on client side is useless on version 1.3.6You can delete that file from the client
