BillingAPI (With instant send, etc)

Just a change to the internal MsSQL send function.

i get the item in the inv but the script locks up until it times out

How did you make the script reload or whatever the database of the character?
Because this should work for example with
penya, stats etc...

You don't need to open the port 29000.

Note: PHP is a Server-Side Scripting Language.
