sorry lol, i didnt relaise you didnt know, i havent 100% figured out bone animation or adding collision on objects yet but im close on collision as the way the o3ds are formed they use a mesh called "Element" for the elementall effect to appear on the weapon so im guessing the do they same with collision ive tried "Coll" and "Collision" but neither work so i left that for now while i go back to figuring out how the bones work correctly

It doesn't need to work with actor x. It explains the file format, as it is VERY common to aoensoft's ase file format.

the ase file format aeonsoft generates is the one made by the 3ds max ase exporter they use 3ds max v5 with character studio 4 for rigging and do actually have a custom made version of the ase exporter which they made how different it is from the built in ase exporter of max i dont know as i dont have their exporter

I haven't seen one with actor x, however, as far as the format explanation, it seemed to be very common to the ones that have been uploaded here. Althought some of the stuff could be yea, custom, since i'm not a 3D editor, i have no idea about stuff like that.
