NPC's in Eillun are not functionable, added all the NPC's in character.inc and check all the resources by comparing other servers still no hope :/
Imagine multiple people telling you not to use these files becuase they are buggy, exploitable and have backdoors but you keep using them and complain on both here and epvp about your "guru problems".
The solution is simple, stop using them.
Am using sql 2019 does it work
If you already have SQL 2019 so why don't you just try and see?
