Edit: There are some php parts, and if im correct it's a cloud9 site and it probelly needs translation on buttons.

The reason for this is because people steal other peoples credit, so after putting hard work in, you go to a different server and see some guy named 'Mango' or whatever has developed the site, yet it was you. But where is DATABASE FOR WEB
i think it's very easy to do with database if you look in that code.
