That's a really dark theme lol but it looks really good.
9/10, only cause it doesn't exactly fit the general theme of Flyff.

The design is OK, I don't like the header though. Also unless those statues are supposed to look like Uriels, then I don't see how this is FlyFF Related either.

I'm not entirely sure, but I think those mushrooms in the header are supposed to be from Flyff, just recolored. (Darkon 3)
If not, then I don't see how this is Flyff either.

OldPassword doesn't seem to exist in your database, just create it and see if that should fix it
