ok i have some questions for the people that have v19 working thanks to the code :D
firstly with the updated 1 and 2 source do we simply replace overwrite the original source files?
is the database structure and odbc links all the same as the v18 or is there new data needed in the database for the content in v19?
and once we have built the exes etc from the source code how do we go about making a v19 res client do we use a merge2 on the resources and then just get the full v19 installation and replace the Neux and files from the merge2?
i have yet to find vs 2003 but i assume all we do is build the release versions and then change the ini configuration similar to the v18 before running the servers?

Ok ok, after constant trying i am nearly there but i have no clue why its not working now,
Steps that i have done:-
-set the database up and create an account
-Compiled the v19 update 2 code with no errors.
-Setup a server directory consisting of Program, Resource and script and ResClient
-Put all the resources and ini files into the correct places. (taken from v18 version)
-Transferred the compiled server exes into Program folder.
-I have setup all the ini configurations like i did the V18.
-downloaded v19 client and put it into a folder.
-added the theme to both client and resource folders as well as used merge2 and transferred that from ResClient folder to the client.
-moved the compiled Neuz file to the client folder,
Issues:-
ok, now the Neuz does not even load when opened in normal and admin mode no clue why, but if i place my old v18 one it does but the graphics obviously are messed up.
Even though i can run all the servers with no errors on loading i get an error log output in the directory and i cannot seem to login even using the v18 Neuz.
(i also made sure external connection is enabled on the accountserver)

Does anyone have a clue what i am doing wrong O.o or did anyone have these issues when getting the v19 server setup? any help you could provide would be much appreciated :D plus once i finally get the hang of doing the v19 i will prob do some tutorials on setting up the v19 server but by bit :D.

the v18 source i mentioned above was only the .ini config files as they are not supplied with the source :).

yeps, but i was wondering in the v19 update 2 source code there is also a resource folder that is only 60mb, are we supposed to compile the server files with that resource folder or do we delete it and put the (3 binary file) one which is supplied before compiling?

why do I have a lot of work (I need money like everyone else) I'm just messing Sundays and very little time if you guys have patience and wait for updates I appreciate ....
is a lot of pressure for one person only
ok thanks to Kyota i have managed setup the v19 server with the client working, there is still some things i would recommend like enabling a port change via a ini configuration for the cacheserver instead of having it hard coded in but i will look into changing this when i get some time soon. Once iv got my head around the installation process a little more I will also put a guide up explaining how to get it working and setup ^^, thanks again to the people that helped me in setting mine up :D.
