But after a while when galanet getting smart and share thair server files on another way :/ it be perfect again everyone will try to make thair own flyff v 18 emulator or something :/

Meh, only reason i'm doing anything with these is for packets myself. I just don't wanna see millions of v4/5 servers going up all over the place because of one thread with a decent amount of info in it. That'd be hell, amirite?

Problem with runeSource is that it's very messy, the variables and functions are very confusing, and the packet sending system causes LOTS of problems (Which you'll see if you develop it a little). Personally i'm coding a v6 server, a pure v6/5 one, then editing it later to make FlyFF a lot better. ie. Better AI, quests, different storyline, etc etc.
But obviously packets would help. That won't ever be released to the public though. I lost interest in this community when Caali's files leaked and everyone went crazy over them.

Yea, were able to get to the character creation screen, however, we crashed after we made a char.
Now, we're currently working on the character table & procedure, we found out, well he more, the whole structure (well almost as far as i know). Let's see how that will go hehe

That's from INVENTORY_TBL, my character that was created with the v5 server.
I know this far:
"44,21,0,0,,1,0,7200000,0,0,0,0,0/$"
Represents one item, on slot 44, item id 21 (wooden sword).
Each item is split by / and the dollar sign ends the array.
A way to check would be to change each number, login and see what changed (on v11) and then note what is what.
And Semih, do you have MSN? I guess I could help out a bit on this matter, as it would help out some developers, for example runeflyff could get more accurate packets.

On v14-15, there are 17 integers in the array. I'm sure there are much less in v5, which means you're probably right about the inventory table. Try editing CHARACTER_STR I1 and inserting your own entries for the inventory insert query.

we pretty much figured that out. However, you can't even login with a naked char. You get the same error. Anyways, we're restoring the database from what we're able to find...

I can start my server without getting any errors i think thats great.
Now im at the same probleme Semih is you can't get into world :/ after creating a character you just instand crash.
I will get everything out with is version 7 or higher thair unneeded.

I'm 1 step further on this, i just need to fix CHARACTER_STR and i'll be able to see the character.

SQLSTATE:42000 error:[Microsoft][ODBC SQL Server Driver][SQL Server]@im_nNumKill is not a parameter for procedure CHARACTER_STR.
The thing i had in mind is at error.txt, everywhere you see (null) isn't in the character_tbl (well almost everything), wich means we need to add it? Well, that's my thought atm.

but how do you get query logs :( i don't get any i need to do it with dbview >.< kinda anoying becouse i can't see everything

That's ma little secret hehehe. Anyways, i'm aware of that, however, i've noticed that they just splitsed up come tables when upgrading the db. All the columns in BASE_VALUE_TBL should be in Character_tbl, etc
It shouldn't take long before i can login!
A small tip: Almost every file location is hardcoded, therefor you need to set it up correctly!

So you're complaining about the release of something when you're using it yourself? That makes a load of sense. Regardless of if you're going to run a live server or not, you're still using the files.

There was no v1 eFlyff. eFlyff started in v4 or what we call beta.

I don't think galanet split it up, the database as we call "pure official" has passed around a lot of times, and many things might have been changed before released, ie the first one who got the "real database", must have had some problem, and he/she fix it, hence that's one (of many?) custom change before release.
If they call this full database, their wrong as there's 3 missing atleast for v14:
- ITEMUPDATE_DBF
- BACKEND_DBF
- RANKING_DBF
Some have restored/found the real SQL for ranking dbf though, but I haven't seen anything about BACKEND, so I myself have recreated it, it supposely contains more events such as spawn mobs at times, increase rates at times, some gm chat thingy? I don't really know but it's not life-and-death to discover it yet I'm going to try.

erm i looked at a wierd system menerger on a rusian official flyff server (Website sided) and it sucked lol i found it gay. i can't remember the login details and the link ...:/ xD
well i didn't get further >.< but i keep trying.
Would hex editing the database server for some database query's help ?
