Well, these files are beta v5... so they must be riddle'd with bugs.

They're actually not that bad, I use the later v5 ones, so there's less bugs. Obviously they're vulnerable to hacks more so than recent servers but still, as far as they're supposed to work, they work for me perfectly.

As for the neuz, make your own, if you find one chances are it won't work correctly.

And even if you choose to host with these files, you can just simple code a proxy that will be between client and cache server and it will read all packets and collect information, easily you can create a big antihack doing that. Packet filter, detecting teleport too long from your current position... etc.

anyone got a reupload?

I save you the trouble of testing all of the executables and unpacking a neuz.exe.
