[re-release] Buff pang editor

Hi y'all !

This tool might be useful for peoples who 're lazy. You just have to select which buffs you want to be in the code and a window will pop up with the code. It's pretty easy and you will figoure it out. And this tool was released before but the thread it's dead. And I had a backup.

Thanks for the upload. Useful tool for those that are extremely lazy. Personally, I perfer to manually add the buffs, or anything in matter of fact. I find it more, entertaining and just simpler, as doing it manually. It allows more modification. Ie: Sticking Holy Cross on the buff pang.

Or, you know, put more than one mirror. Just keep the link there for all 3 so people can choose whichever they want.
