The menu looks awful, the rest looks decent. You should also defiantly work on it. The banner looks to simple, and the website doesn't actually contain anything but black,gray and blue.

Put all your awefull creations in there? Then you say Good Release. I dont know if thats sarcasm, but until you do something for this community worth-while then you can say shit. He may make bad designs but he is making an effort, respect that.

You must improve your design ALOT, try to read/watch tutorials about "How to design a website".
You will find som useful videos, trust me. and like Matt said, he had is poor time while designer but he improved his skills like me, like everyone else in here.

I like'd your other websites but this one is like because the nav bar-text it's to big and the color doesn't fit. But the problem may be the font makes the whole website ugly. Don't take this as negative, just keep making websites.
And I love the layout you makin
Just take this with you in your next project:
- Fonts
- Colors
(To fit the layout).
