extended is kinda crappy .-. albeit only one with toms commands but meh i prefer using v3.5

I already released the v3.5 Extended Source and i released Already here my GM Tool v4

How do we upgrade our armor +10 with the command things?

I think none use the verison 2 anymore. I found the verison 5 (RockNetwork GM Tool v5 Extended) , here you go (Click me). You will need a password to extract it. The pass is Sedrika.
