Remember that he is begginer and I'm 98% sure you wouldn't make and texture weapon which would look atleast like this. Same I wouldn't make similar or better weapon because I haven't even tried so for me it's quite nice and I believe he will process in modeling so his projects will be better and better.

~OT: The weapon doesn't really fit in with FlyFF, a Knight couldn't use a spear else you'd have to create a new spear weapon for each level (e.g. 60/75/90).

he means that, the crossbow, being a new type of weapon, has it's own motions defined for it. (e.g. holding it different than a normal bow, different firing animation, etc.)
