i tried changign all the INI file into the Ip of my VPS.. i open neuz with resource hacker and change the ip of it.. i also change the ip of neuz.ini that is located on my client... But when i tried to enter the login.. it says something and when i translated it into english this is what it says.. "Cannot Connect to the game please check the network" How can i set this up into my VPS

it doesn't work. you need to build your own neuz from source that's how you will be able to have your own working neuz.

I dl'ed Virt19+4th job, do i still need to recompile them? I mean it already has the Program exes stuff.
Any other further procedures before using it?

you don't have to recompile not unless you need to modify the whole source with your edits then go for it. other else run it directly.

NOTE: you need to compile your own Neuz.exe and updater.exe for you to have your server to fully functional.
