[VS17] Flyff Base source for starter V18 mixed 21

I have tried to set account to Administrator or GM user.
I have already set ACCOUNT_TBL_DETAIL field m_chLoginAuthority = Z but can't use GM command line.
I think this version it have some different K15, K18 version.
How can I solve this problem ? Thank you very much.

There`s no need to config in Directory just click the all.sln inside source, also make sure you installed the right problem of VS 17 for it .
