[VS17] Flyff Base source for starter V18 mixed 21

I followed the guide and now when I tried to start all the services like from the start which is AccountServer it says can't connect to database, I already added my database info.Update: All services now is running except Certifier.exe which says an error.- - - Updated - - -I got this error when I try to login.Attachment 165168

Are you sure you set up properly your odcb?
If no set it up, Also when starting the server in your program folder start with this steps:

1. Account
2. Certifier
3. Database
4. Core
5. Login
6. Cache
7. World

In your odcb check your bit ;if 32x or 64x click the right one create the SQL Server Native Client 11.0
login - ACCOUNT_DBF
character01 - CHARACTER_01_DBF
log01 - LOGGING_01_DBF
ranking - RANKING_DBF I hope this will help, Even i am wrong.

even this sequence is still not connected, just Certifier :)

Quick question, i have changed all txt.txt files to english merged the new txts got a whole lot of english text now. but can't find the files where the text from Info pang is located xD

Okay I got everything setup correctly but as soon as I try to create a character it goes no further

Also when I check in SSMS the characters are being created
