I don't have own server but i'm a gm in other server because owner of the game is give me a item so i want to use a gm tool to generate a item for event and etc....

that tool for admin use.

if u want to use u need to ask your admin 3 things.
-Database IP
-Database Username
-Database Password

that will answer your question, but i believe your admin will not give that kind information.
