It shows Cabal.enc file is corrupt. Am I supposed to do something regarding checksum of the client if I edit the .enc files? (after decompression and compress)

I've followed everything precisely but when I go online, I type /dance3 it doesn't work, neither is there any logos or words at the menu.
BUT, when I right click provoke or type /tnt *for provoke* it does dance3. Any idea why? Yes I did edit the .enc files.
